Which items can I return?

1. This is my first order on thesistersrepublic.shop website.

• If so, you're eligible for our "Satisfied or refunded" offer, which lets you test your 1st pair of panties in real conditions during your period for 60 days! Please note that this offer is only valid for your first order and for a single pair of panties. • If you've just ordered the wrong size or you're not convinced by the model(s) and you haven't washed or worn any of the items (except for trying them on over your underwear), you can request a return below and send the panty(ies) back in their original packaging within 60 days (from the invoice date). You can access our returns interface via the link below:

2. This is not my first order

You can obtain a refund for all products ordered on our site within 60 days of your purchase (from the date of the invoice) if they are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. You can access our returns interface via the link below:

Can I return a pair of underwear I've already tried on?

If you want to try on the underwear you ordered to see if it fits, you must try them on over other underwear.

Can I request an exchange of an item?

We don't offer the possibility of exchanging items in an order, but you are able to return them for a refund and reorder the item(s) you are interested in.

How do I return an item?

To return one or more items, simply send them back by post (Colissimo or tracked letter) to the address below:

We advise you to choose a tracked method of delivery (tracked letter if the shipment is less than 3 cm thick or by Colissimo) as we cannot not be held responsible if the post loses the returned package.

Who pays for the cost of returns?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed.

When will I get my money back?

Upon receipt and after checking of the returned item(s), you will be refunded within a maximum of 15 working days, via the card or your PayPal account used for the order.

Please note that if you benefited from free shipping when you placed your order, but the order total is less than £40 after your return is completed, you will be refunded the returned item(s) minus a £4.65 contribution for delivery costs.

To be sure your return is accepted, please make sure you comply with all the terms and conditions listed on the “Returns and Refunds” page.
